All products supplied are new unless stated. As such, we can offer any warranty as given by the manufacturer. Please inform us of any faulty or damaged item within a reasonable period of time.
We will not refund or replace any item which has become damaged as a result of neglect or miss-use
Delivery Charges
If parcels are returned to us following failure to deliver, the cost of the delivery and return will be deducted from the refund due to the customer. The same parcel will not be resent but goods will need to be re-ordered
We recycle used padded envelopes for posting orders where possible to do our bit for the environment, if this is not with your liking please do not place an order with us.

Is made by the secure Paypal system or cheque if you prefer, please not if paying by cheque your order will not be dispatched until check had cleared this can take over one week

Returns Policy
If any product you receive is faulty or has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately to arrange a suitable exchange. Do not return any product without contacting us first.
Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging, I you fail to do this we reserve the right to refund you at 50% less price paid.
